Company culture at best is a challenge to define, create, and build into an effective organization. In order for an organizational culture to thrive, leaders must incubate, cultivate, and grow a good working culture. If leaders at the top fail to grow the culture, the organization will grow one of its own. And it might not be a good one. Creating culture is a core responsibility of legacy leaders. Culture counts.
