Simply put, leaders do not have the luxury of not being aware of their interconnectedness and must understand that first impressions are renewed each and every day. This includes showing up early and being prepared for the day. Creating those opportunities early that will allow them to further connect to the people around them without the distractions that we can creat for ourselves by not showing up early.
