These types of folks in business tend to have poor listening skills, hesitate to delegate because they feel they are better than their team is, and make decisions based on what is in it for them versus how will this impact the organization.
Good leaders become good leaders because they are humble and vulnerable, show good character, make good decisions for the team and organization, and have the right mix of experience, education, and coaching.
