Why Is the C-Suite Doing Better at Personal Well-Being Than Their Employees?

Rich Baron and Maikel Bailey Episode 226

Thank you for all of your support. Please let us know what you think about our podcast and what topic you may want to hear from us. Leaders, Lead Well!

In our continuing efforts to discover why there is a disconnect between the C-suite and employees regarding well-being, we dive into the same Deloitte survey that outlines these issues that we started to unpack in the previous podcast. In this episode, we look at the overall well-being of the employees vs the C-suite. Is there a class system that is being revealed? The findings in the survey revealed that although executives are better off than their employees, both groups are finding it difficult to make time for their well-being. For example, only around half of employees and two-thirds of the C-suite use all of their vacation time, take microbreaks during the day, get enough sleep, and have enough time for friends and family.

Rich and Maikel continue to dive into the topic of employee, and C-suite well-being on this episode of Mainline Executive Coaching ACT.
