As we saw with the Great Resignation, many employees are no longer willing to tolerate jobs that leave them in constant fatigue, stress, and unhappiness. The pandemic worsened everyone's well-being, but recent surveys show that executives do not realize how badly their employees are struggling. In fact, according to a survey conducted by Deloitte with employees and C-Suite executives in the United States, Canada, Great Britain, and Australia, it is just the opposite. C-suite executives think their employees are doing much better than they actually are. So where is the disconnect?
Rich and Maikel start to discuss the C-suite's role in the well-being of their employees on this episode of Mainline Executive Coaching ACT.
